Nicolas Feuillatte is the name under which champagne , first of the eponymous owner of vineyards Nicolas Feuillatte (1926 - 2014, later some of the champagnes of the Centre Vinicole in Chouilly, are marketed. In collaboration with an existing cooperative of 5000 winegrowers in 83 cooperatives, the Centre Vinicole in Chouilly, a conglomerate was established to be called "Centre Vinicole – Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte".

The cooperative processes the three most commonly used wine varieties of champagne, the Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier. The grapes come from 2250 hectares of vineyard from the Valley of the Marne, the Côte des Bar, the Massif of Saint-Thierry, the famous Montagne de Reims, the Coteaux du Sézanne and the valley of the Ardre.
