Terre du Lion is the second wine of Château Glana in the prestigious Saint-Julien appellation. This domaine is one of the most modern wineries in the region. The high percentage of cabernet sauvignon here is something to be savoured as the vines close to the Garonne River have rare terroir that brings the varietal to wonderful maturity.
The legendary and sorely missed Denis Dubordieu aided Gabriel Meffre to bring the quality of his wines to the pinnacle of their potential and Meffre's investment in his domaine means that he has one of the most modern wineries in the region.
Lovely aroma's of violets, plum, and blackberry. The sipbegins with a burst of juicy acidity and delicious forward fruit that adds black raspberry grip the wine and dominate the finish.
