Domaine Bachelet-Ramonet is located in the heart of the Côte d'Or wine region, south of the Côte de Beaune, in the municipality of Chassagne-Montrachet, in one of the 5 villages that give the Côte des Blancs an international reputation, is an amazing winery: the Domaine Bachelet-Ramonet Père & Fils. On these grounds, more than 4 generations of winegrowers have followed each other. Today, the Bonnefoy-Bachelet family farms with 13 hectares of vines are ideally located at the foot of the hill, on Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet.
A wine with an extraordinary aromatic power! It has beautiful wooden nuts, but they are sufficiently integrated to avoid drowning out the subtle aromas of white flowers, apples and delicate herbs. Aperitif, Foie Gras, Shellfish, Fish, Grilled and Roasted White Meat, Meat in Light Sauce
