2022 Terre des Anges Chardonnay

Terre des Anges (land of the angels) comes from Domaine la Grange le Haut, owned by Pierre Degroote, one of the world's best winemakers. The domain covers 70 hectares. and is located in Nissan lez Ensérune near Penautier. This vineyard works with respect for nature and the biological balance. In order to obtain the best smell and taste from the grapes in the wine, harvesting is harvested at night, package selection, grape slips and direct pressing on pneumatic press, 24-hour pellilar maceration, cold payout (9-11 degrees), levurage with selected yeasts, temperature-controlled fermentation (15-17 degrees), pumping wines under carbon dioxide, 50% in barrels and 50% in French barrels for 12 months.  

beautiful pale yellow colour with golden accents. very beautiful aromatic complexity that combines flower notes with roasted hazelnuts, which end on a beautiful vanilla nut. The touch of rearing brings bold and roundness. This wine will personalize your starters, it will be the ideal companion for fish in sauce, white meat and blue cheeses.
