A beautiful wine with an even nicer price tag!
Khipu is a a beautiful Chilean range of wines with the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Khipu stands for the communication system developed by the Incas, consisting of a series of knotted cords. The Chasquis or messengers travelled in this way with a Khipu through the Central Valley of Chile, the origin of these wines.
Golden yellow with a brilliant green glow. Scents of melon and peach. Fresh, full and fruity flavour with an excellent acidity balance. Ideal as an aperitif, but also beautiful in combination with salads, grilled dishes of white fish or white meat.

Grape variety:100% chardonnay
Aging: A very small percentage matures on oak, but most matures 3 months on stainless steel tanks with a little bit of droeem.
Origin: Cental Valley, Chile.
