Les Terres Blanches is made from a selection of parcels from Les Domaines Edmond de Rothschild situated on the Montagne Saint-Emilion Appellation. Particular attention is given to vineyard management in order to achieve low yield and get quality grapes at optimum ripeness. the wooden vats, stainless steel wine is then carefully aged in French oak barrels during 12 months.
This wine has expressive fresh nose of red hair and a touch of herbs, supple in the mouth with subtle and very fresh red fruit flavors, supported by delicate oak and subtle hints of caramel.
